Job Description

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Are you passionate about steering projects from conception to completion while keeping an eye on cost, timeline and quality? Spectrum is seeking a Project Manager who can drive the successful delivery of products and services by managing schedules, resources and budgets across multiple focused initiatives. Your dedication will directly support Spectrum's broader organizational goals and ensure projects deliver measurable results. How You'll Make an Impact Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple projects from initial planning through final implementation Establish and apply project management processes to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet business expectations Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and drive informed decision-making for project advancement Track costs, performance and service levels to ensure project objectives are consistently achieved Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates and gain consensus for successful outcomes Allocate resources and proactively manage risks to address challenges and keep projects on track Support additional project needs as requested to drive overall success Working Conditions Office environment What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience Experience 1+ year of project management experience Skills Ability to prioritize and organize tasks while managing multiple projects and assignments Capacity to build effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Proven performance in fast-paced environments Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other software applications Skilled at data analysis and interpretation Preferred Qualifications Education Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum #
