Each year Prysmian manufacturers thousands of miles of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, as well as medium low voltage cables for the construction and infrastructure sectors. We also produce a comprehensive range of optical fibers, copper cables and connectivity for voice, video, and data transmission for the telecommunication sector. We are almost 29,000 employees, across 52 countries. Everyone at Prysmian has the potential to make their mark; because whatever you do, wherever you are based, you will be part of a company that is helping transform the world around us. Make Your Mark at Prysmian! Lead Transformation, Not Events If you're a true Lean leader, you already know the difference, anyone can run Kaizen events. You've delivered results: Experienced Lean Black Belt / CI Leader in manufacturing Proven track record of driving measurable improvements (cost, throughput, lead time, etc.) Deep expertise in: Value Stream Transformation Flow & Pull Systems Hoshin Kanri SMED, TPM, Standard Work Daily Management & Visual Systems But more importantly: You know how to influence leaders who don't report to you You've successfully changed behavior, not just processes You push for impact over activity Strong Differentiators Lean systems experience (TPS, Danaher, etc.) Advanced problem-solving and analytics (SPC, regression, hypothesis testing) Change leadership credentials (PROSCI, Agile, etc.) The Bottom Line This role is for someone who wants to: Own a transformation—not just participate in one Build something that actually lasts Operate as a true strategic partner, not a support function If you're already succeeding where you are—but know you could have greater impact in the right environment—this is that opportunity.
