Job Description:
The Assistant Construction Project Manager manages the shop drawing process, field surveys, special inspections, and QA/QC checks. The Associate Project Manager will be an integral part of our team, helping to deliver projects with an exceptional combination of quality, cost, and schedule. Minimum 3 years of work experience in a professional construction management environment, and/or a Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar Bachelors Degree.

Job Responsibilities:
The candidate must have experience with and will be responsible for: Ensuring and enforcing jobsite safety and OSHA standards Daily monitoring of subcontractors onsite Scheduling of special inspections, QA/QC checks Maintaining a shop drawing schedule and log Coordinate shop drawings with subcontractors to meet the shop drawing schedule Review and annotate shop drawings and present to the Senior PM for review and submission to Engineers and Subcontractors Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with subcontractor leads to ensure construction schedule is executed on time. Prepare one-week and two-week look aheads as they pertain to inspections, shop drawings, QA/QC checks Managing project RFIs, Shop drawings, and other submittals. Ensuring the correct parties is aware of action items, and send twice weekly follow ups to ensure data and information flow to meet schedule Fluent in assigned project Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans Fluent in project schedule, and ability to create schedules in Omniplan or MS Project AutoCAD, Revit, BIM modeling and reviewing Ensuring that 100% of project information is optimally managed in Procore. Perform all project related tasks through Procore.

Additional Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting (at least 60 lbs), climb ladders up to 24 ft, stand and walk for 8 hours, and perform other physically demanding duties as directed.
