will be responsible for:
Leading project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. Managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Overseeing financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.
