will be responsible for:
Leading project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. Managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Overseeing financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement. 5+ years of project manaagement experience with a general contractor Demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale, ground up commercial and/or multifamiliy construction projects from start to completion Comfortable working on projects $40M+ Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps, etc.) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer The Project Manager- Base Building
