As a Project Manager , you will oversee complex restoration work from planning through completion, ensuring exceptional quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Your experience:
At least 5 years of experience managing construction projects. Preference for experience in concrete and/or masonry construction, but not critical. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proficiency with spreadsheets and strong analytical capabilities. Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. Background in change management, issue resolution, and negotiation. Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support field teams. Experience producing pay applications and overseeing invoice processes. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and software including Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage forecasting/reporting activities. What you'll get in return: Competitive base salaries, assessed on experience, $140K - $160K.
