Salesforce Project Manager and Assistant Intellibee Washington, DC Job Details 18 hours ago Qualifications Management Data migration Schedule management Managing projects Stakeholder relationship building Stakeholder management Full Job Description These individuals will be responsible for foundational project management, risk management, process management activities, roadmap, and deliverables Project Manager - Salesforce Implementation About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and integration projects for our clients/internal teams. You will manage scope, timeline, budget, and risk across cross-functional teams of Salesforce developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high quality standard. 5+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years managing Salesforce implementation or configuration projects Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud) and typical implementation lifecycle Experience managing projects involving Salesforce customization, data migration, and third-party integrations Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) Solid grasp of both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, and the judgment to apply the right one per project Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects Ability to translate business requirements into technical scope in partnership with Salesforce architects/developers Nice to Have PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification Salesforce certifications (Administrator or any Salesforce certification) Experience working at a Salesforce consulting partner or systems integrator Background managing CRM, ERP, or large-scale SaaS implementation projects Experience with client-facing professional services delivery
