Job Description
An established and reputable exterior restoration contractor is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their leadership team in the DC Metro area.
This is a key hire for a business with a strong pipeline of work across concrete restoration, façade repair, waterproofing, and building envelope projects, working on a mix of commercial, institutional, and high-profile structures.
The RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will play a key role in mentoring junior staff, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational excellence across complex restoration projects.
