This firm has a deep footprint in mission-critical construction across the Mid-Atlantic and is looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of large-scale data center and critical facility projects from preconstruction through turnover. Responsibilities Lead mission-critical projects $50M+ end-to-end — budget, schedule, subcontractor management, and client relations. Coordinate complex MEP scopes including critical power (switchgear, generators, UPS), cooling infrastructure, and low-voltage/BMS systems. Manage commissioning activities with owner's Cx agent — functional testing, T&B, IST/EFAT through Tier III/IV delivery. Drive OAC meetings, executive reporting, and serve as the primary client-facing representative throughout the project. Requirements 10+ years of construction PM experience; 5+ years on mission-critical, data center, or critical facility projects. Proven ownership of $50M+ projects with full budget and schedule accountability. Strong MEP knowledge — critical power, cooling, fire suppression, BMS/SCADA. Proficient in Procore and Primavera
P6. OSHA 30
