Job Description

at Insight Global in Newark, Delaware, United States Job Description Job Description R D Digital Project / Product Manager responsible for driving Agile execution, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and aligning product teams to business priorities. This role focuses on scaling a product-centric operating model, leading PI planning, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple R D domains.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile transformation and ensure consistent adoption of Scrum/SAFe practices across teams
  • Own end-to-end Program Increment (PI) planning, execution, and delivery tracking
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, and domain teams to manage dependencies and risks
  • Align backlogs and roadmaps with product strategy and business outcomes
  • Establish governance processes and deliver executive-level reporting on progress and risks

  • 5+ years in product management, program management, or Agile delivery
  • Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and complex dependencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into structured execution plans
  • Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
  • Experience in R D, life sciences, or data-driven environments
  • Familiarity with digital product ecosystems (data platforms, lab systems, analytics tools)
