Job Description
```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing and Siding Project Manager to join our team. As a contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various roofing and siding projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in a range of skills, including roofing, siding, window installations, and estimating. ```Duties```
- Manage roofs and siding installs on residential and commercial buildings
- Assess project requirements and develop plans accordingly
- Control labor and material cost while providing excellent customer service
- Measure and cut materials to fit specifications
- Manage mulitple crews and assigned jobs
- Manage construction crews daily
- Provide timely and excellent customer service
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in roofing and siding renovations
- Knowledge of power tools and materials used in roofing and siding installation
- Experience in roofing and siding remodeling
- Familiarity with different types of roofing materials (shingles, tiles, metal)
