Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead creative and marketing initiatives that support organization-wide goals in Altamonte Springs, Florida. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations remain aligned across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving efficiently from kickoff through launch.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead project intake by partnering with team members and stakeholders to define objectives, clarify deliverables, and establish practical execution plans.
  • Build and manage project timelines, budgets, asset needs, and overall workflow to support smooth delivery from initial concept to final release.
  • Maintain consistent communication across all contributors so milestones, expectations, and next steps remain visible and well understood.
  • Coordinate daily activity among cross-functional teams, including marketing, web, content, design, video, SEO, social media, photography, and analytics professionals.
  • Track project health by identifying scheduling concerns, changing scope, and emerging risks early, then recommending solutions to maintain progress.
  • Use sound judgment to resolve project issues independently and elevate more complex conflicts to leadership when needed.
  • Balance team capacity and project priorities to help ensure resources are assigned effectively across concurrent initiatives.
  • Prepare regular updates on timelines, budget status, project scope, and overall progress for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training on project management tools, workflows, and related systems to support efficient team adoption and use.
