• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability and experience to work with other trades.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Read and interpret blueprints and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. Manage project scope, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work progresses on schedule. Utilize Bluebeam and other industry tools for document control, progress tracking, and communication. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards, resolve issues promptly, and maintain project documentation.

Skills:

Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination. Deep knowledge of construction estimating processes and contract administration. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
