Job Description:
The Client team seeks material planners to manage schedules and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate has SAP S/4HANA or similar MRP system experience, manages complex material plans, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills across cross-functional teams. This role requires data-driven decision-making, comfort with ambiguity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Own schedule management for assigned categories and manage MRP exceptions. Perform clear-to-build assessments on production work orders, manage shortages and floor scrap replacement, and monitor production schedule adherence. Continuously improve reorder points and order modifiers to optimize stock availability. Resolve data quality issues and influence supplier investments in continuous improvement. Provide data-driven reviews to management focused on supply chain optimization, create SOPs for transaction processing, and engage in short, medium, and long-range planning activities to ensure service consistency. The role demands a passion for exceptional customer experience and delivering results at continually lower costs and risks.
