Key Responsibilities:

Manage restoration projects, crews, subcontractors, equipment, and resources Prepare accurate scopes and estimates using proprietary software Coordinate scheduling and oversee day-to-day project execution Communicate with customers, vendors, teammates, and insurance representatives throughout the project lifecycle Review job documentation to support billing and client requirements Manage production expenses, equipment, and company assets Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong online review performance Respond quickly to new service opportunities Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training team members

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience IICRC Certification preferred Valid driver's license required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate crawl spaces/attics Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry equipment repeatedly Comfortable working with cleaning agents and restoration equipment Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable law
