Your Impact :

Manage home renovations and additions with excellence from demolition to completion, providing a transformed living space for our clients. Run the custom residential renovation and/or addition from kick-off to punch list with full ownership Coordinate subs, materials and deliveries, vendors and inspectors Manage the JobTread schedule, budget, daily logs and addendums Proactively sees potential issues and accomplishes what needs to be done Keep the client & team informed and job site clean Ensure excellence and top quality - always You May be a Great Fit if You.. Have 5+ years in residential remodeling or custom homes Are able to lead a $250k+ renovation, addition or new build taking initiative and work independently Think three steps ahead and thrive with minimal oversight Know how to use or are a quick learner & adapter of JobTread or similar technology Care deeply about doing the right thing even when no one is watching Want to work for a company where your faith and career intersect Why Work with Completely Transformed?
