Position Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant Project Manager / CSR to support our project management team and serve as a key point of contact for both customers and field staff. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to interpret Electrical plans and specs Assist Project Managers with daily operations and project coordination Communicate with field teams in Spanish and customers/team members in English Handle permitting processes and documentation Schedule jobs, crews, and project timelines Prepare and manage AIA billing and related documentation Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette Support various administrative and project management tasks as needed

Requirements:

Must be able to interpret Electrical plans and specs Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills High level of technical aptitude and willingness to learn Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:
