Preferred Qualifications:

Able to pivot quickly between shifting priorities, project types, and organizational needs; effectively leads teams through change and ambiguity Key Responsibilities Serve as lead project manager for critical enterprise initiatives, especially in the areas of transformation, and operational scale and business readiness Create project plans that enable predictable delivery Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and executive stakeholder expectations Manage and mitigate complex risks to ensure on-time, within scope and within budget delivery of the project's objectives Maintain forward-looking project documentation, including RAID logs and resource forecasts Manage stakeholder engagement and communications through updates for business and technology stakeholders, and leadership Pivot effectively across shifting priorities and assignments, and lead project teams through changes in direction, scope, or urgency Lead end-to-end onboarding (carrier and affiliate) projects for agency operations on existing systems or in partnership with larger scale implementation efforts, ensuring the RTB project/project components meet quality, security, compliance, and scope requirements
