Employee-Owned (ESOP) Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer, PE with 15+ years of experience to lead projects, cultivate client relationships, and support business growth in the Clearwater/Tampa Bay region. This role is designed for a proven leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of an employee-owned firm . This position emphasizes project oversight, team leadership, and business development rather than day-to-day technical production. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee civil engineering projects as Project Manager or Principal-in-Charge Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance Serve as a primary client contact and trusted advisor Develop and expand client relationships and identify new business opportunities Support proposals, interviews, and strategic growth initiatives Mentor and guide engineering staff while fostering accountability and collaboration Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license (Florida or ability to obtain via reciprocity) 15+ years of civil engineering experience , with a strong background in project management Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience overseeing project teams, budgets, and schedules Why Join Us Employee-Owned ESOP with long-term wealth-building opportunity Senior leadership role with influence over regional growth and strategy Collaborative, people-focused culture Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits
