Employee-Owned (ESOP) Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer, PE with 15+ years of experience to lead projects, cultivate client relationships, and support business growth in the Clearwater/Tampa Bay region. This role is designed for a proven leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of an employee-owned firm . This position emphasizes project oversight, team leadership, and business development rather than day-to-day technical production.
