Studio Coordinator & Project Manager URBANcoast Clearwater, FL Job Details Part-time $18 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Packing Assembly Schedule management Attention to detail Office management Full Job Description Position Overview URBANcoast is seeking a highly organized Studio Coordinator & Project Manager to oversee production logistics, vendor coordination, and day-to-day studio operations. This position serves as the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring projects move smoothly from approval through production and delivery while maintaining the elevated client experience that defines the URBANcoast brand.
Responsibilities include:
Project Management & Production Coordination Manage project timelines and production schedules. Place and oversee orders with print and fabrication partners. Coordinate materials, finishes, embellishments, quantities, and delivery specifications. Communicate with vendors regarding project status and deadlines. Track shipments and coordinate deliveries. Perform quality control inspections upon receipt. Client Financial Coordination Prepare project estimates and quotes. Create and issue invoices. Track project payments and balances. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Studio Operations Maintain organization and presentation of the studio. Create and maintain sample libraries and archives. Assemble invitation suites, sample kits, and presentation materials. Refresh displays and materials. Package and prepare client deliveries. Administrative & Errand Support Run local errands related to client projects and studio needs. Pick up and deliver materials, samples, and finished products. Purchase supplies and inventory as needed. Support ownership with miscellaneous operational tasks. Industry Relationship Development Attend wedding shows and networking events. Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, and event professionals. Assist with client experience and follow-up processes. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Professional communication skills. Experience preparing estimates and invoices preferred. Office manager experience preferred. Reliable transportation required. Ability to lift and move boxes, samples, and event materials. Passion for luxury events, weddings, and design.
Pay:
