Project Manager (Contract) | Construction & Temporary Structures We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a short-term, on-site contract engagement leading the rapid construction and installation of temporary structures. This role requires a hands-on professional who can quickly take ownership of projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end construction activities, including scheduling, contractor coordination, resource planning, and milestone tracking
- Ensure project designs, specifications, and quality requirements are executed accurately throughout construction
- Identify opportunities to reduce lead times across procurement, fabrication, and installation activities
- Manage vendors and subcontractors, including scope, performance, contract compliance, and change orders
- Monitor project budgets and proactively identify and communicate cost variances
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site requirements, and industry standards
- Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution to key stakeholders Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience within construction, facilities, infrastructure, or structural projects
- Proven ability to manage compressed schedules and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience overseeing vendors, subcontractors, and change order processes
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred Preferred Experience
- Construction or installation of temporary, modular, or tent structures
