Full Job Description Position Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under minimal supervision.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform material take-offs Produce add order quotations Create and manage quote files Screen phone calls during peak bid days and bid times Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project close out as needed Maintain and label project files Follow up with tracking information to the commercial offices and customers (includes Gear and RGA's) Travel to factories as needed for product training Purge project files twice a year Prepare cut sheet submittals Assist in Auto Cad layouts as needed Label and maintain project drawings Maintain knowledge of currently represented products Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work Other duties as assigned by manager
Essential Skills:
Prior lighting project management experience or equivalent preferred Prior customer service experience Must have excellent math skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Auto Cad experience preferred Proficient in Blue Beam and/or Adobe
