We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HVAC & Electrical Permit Coordinator to support our Coral Springs operation. This role is responsible for managing permits, coordinating inspections, maintaining compliance, and ensuring projects move smoothly from scheduling through completion. Key Responsibilities Submit and obtain HVAC and electrical permits for residential and light commercial projects Coordinate with municipalities, permitting offices, and inspection departments Schedule and track inspections to ensure timely project completion Monitor permit statuses and proactively follow up on outstanding approvals Communicate permit and inspection updates to installation teams, managers, and customers Maintain accurate permit records and documentation Ensure compliance with local, county, and state requirements Assist with project closeout documentation and administrative tasks Work closely with operations, dispatch, installation, and electrical teams Resolve permitting issues and delays in a timely and professional manner Qualifications Previous experience in permitting, construction administration, HVAC, electrical, roofing, or home services preferred Knowledge of municipal permitting and inspection processes Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software systems Preferred Qualifications HVAC permitting experience Electrical permitting experience Experience working with Florida municipalities Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar home service software What Success Looks Like Accurate and timely permit submissions Efficient inspection scheduling and tracking Strong communication between field teams, customers, and municipalities Minimal project delays due to permitting issues Well-organized and compliant project documentation Why Join Air Today USA?
