This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, code-compliant healthcare construction projects on time and within budget. \•Compensation ranges from $120,000 up to $160,000 base salary (based on experience), up to $40,000 performance bonus, profit sharing , full employee medical coverage , relocation/temporary housing assistance, 401k match , paid vacation , disability insurance, vision, pto, dental, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of healthcare interiors buildout projects, including tenant improvements, renovations, and fit-outs in active hospital and clinical environments. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and hospital facility teams. Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations (AHCA, FGI Guidelines, HIPAA, ADA, TJC, etc.). Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports. Oversee procurement of medical-grade finishes, FF&E, and specialized healthcare materials. Conduct regular site walks and manage project safety and infection control protocols (ICRA). Manage project documentation and closeout processes. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or commercial construction interiors , with strong buildout experience required. Ground-up construction experience is a plus . Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam . OSHA Certification (required). Knowledge of hospital/healthcare or commercial buildout requirements and medical environment AHCA experience is a plus . MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) background is a plus . Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation. Contact us today for more information Never a fee for our candidates
