Installation of Windows Required Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors. Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for each window installation project. Order window materials and ensure timely delivery. Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners. Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
Experience:
5+ years of project management experience with windows and doors Residential window installation experience or general experience in construction/home improvement.
