3-5 years of land development experience Minimum 2 years in project management, construction, or related field Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to travel to job sites
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager•Land Development to support residential development projects from planning through completion. The Project Manager•Land Development will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and local agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Assist with permitting and land development project coordination Track budgets, schedules, and project milestones Review bids and proposals from contractors and consultants Support permitting, entitlement, and ARB processes Attend construction meetings and job site visits Monitor project progress and identify risks Manage invoices and track project expenses Collaborate with stakeholders including HOAs and local agencies
