Job Description

Our client, a growing privately, well‑respected GC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare build‑outs from preconstruction through closeout. This role owns budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships, with heavy involvement in RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance within highly regulated environments. Ideal for someone with 10+ years of commercial construction experience (healthcare preferred), strong leadership skills, and Procore expertise who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility projects. If you enjoy running impactful projects and want to learn more confidentially, message me directly.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct construction projects through each stage, from early planning and preconstruction activities to turnover and closeout.
  • Build and manage project timelines, financial plans, and coordination efforts to keep work progressing efficiently.
  • Oversee purchasing activities for materials and equipment to support uninterrupted execution in the field.
  • Evaluate drawings, technical documents, submittals, requests for information, and project changes to maintain accuracy and control.
  • Partner with clients, design professionals, inspectors, facility representatives, and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
  • Track project spending, forecast costs, and take corrective action when needed to protect budget performance.
  • Lead recurring project meetings and communicate status, risks, and milestones to the appropriate teams.
  • Enforce safety practices, quality standards, and regulatory expectations associated with healthcare construction environments.
  • Guide project personnel, field leadership, subcontractors, and suppliers with a detail-oriented and accountable management style.
  • Manage a large-scale build-out in a deadline-driven setting while collaborating closely with superintendents and office staff.
