Required clearance: TS/SCI Required education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects. Must be PMP certified.
Description:
Manage individual Work Orders, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and performance benchmarks are met within approved schedules and budgets. Track and report on programmatic risks, developing mitigation strategies for potential disruptions in execution. Submit a quarterly Work Order Performance and Risk Management Report, detailing project progress, risk assessments, and mitigation actions.
Required Experience:
Must be PMP certified. Possess the knowledge and capability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Must be proficient in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination. Must have strong analytical and leadership skills are required to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints. Must have demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies. Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting is required.
Desired Qualifications:
Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management.
