Engage effectively with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders using strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field OR a minimum of 10 years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs. Demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks. Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation. Active PMP Certification. Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma certification. DAWIA Level III in Program Management. PgMP certification. Required Education and Experience Equivalency Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field. OR Minimum of 10 years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs.
