Description:
Oversee program execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment, ensuring compliance with DoD governance frameworks. Implement structured reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. Submit the Program Execution & Performance Report, summarizing program activities, risks, and strategic adjustments.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders. Personnel must be proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring. Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively. Personnel must have demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks. Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large scale DoD programs. Must be PMP certified. Desirable but not required certifications include, Lean Six, DAWIA Level III in Program Management Security clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
