About Us:

We are a high-end botanical design studio specializing in luxury custom-built artificial plants, including creation and installation for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces in South Florida. Our work blends design, craftsmanship, and construction to beautify clientele areas. We are seeking a Project Manager who is equally comfortable leading artificial arrangement construction as well as physically able to build them. This is a hands-on role. You will manage project timelines, coordinate builds with the design studio owner to assign roles in construction, as well as partaking in fabrication of the custom artificial trees and greenery installations themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction of high-end artificial trees and delegate assembly
• Oversee project completion and ensure quality standards
• General plant knowledge to aid design production of artificial arrangements
• Communicate with designers, clientele, and showroom employees in relation to overall design, budget, and deadline requirements
• Preform on site measurements and job assessments
• Handyman savvy to lead hands-on creation of artificial trees, plants, and greenery structures
• Create custom frames, bases, trunks, and other botanical displays
• Load/unload materials, climb ladders, and lift up to 50lbs
• Knowledgeable in power tool use including but not limited to drills, saws, staple guns, and adhesives
• Travel to job sites for project installations
• At least 3 years of experience in leading project delegation, construction, and installation
• Adept organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Onsite critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable doing physical labor and handywork
• Able to collaborate and be a team player
• Advanced tool knowledge required (power tools, fabrication tools, installation hardware)
• Ability to read and comprehend design drawings, measurements, and plans
• Valid driver's license
