Full Job Description Project Coordinator Location:
Travel Required | Full-Time Lighting Resources USA is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to lead field crews on commercial lighting and electrical projects. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating daily production activities, keeping crews productive, maintaining safety standards, ensuring quality workmanship, and serving as a professional representative of the company on customer sites. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can motivate a team, communicate effectively with customers, stay organized, and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish. Responsibilities Coordinate and lead field crews on active project sites. Maintain production goals and ensure crews are progressing efficiently throughout the facility. Monitor quality of work and perform routine spot checks. Promote and enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance. Maintain daily paperwork, reports, and employee timesheets. Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to management. Serve as the primary onsite contact for customers and project stakeholders. Assist with material tracking, scheduling, and project coordination. Requirements Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to motivate teams and hold employees accountable. Professional customer-facing experience. Computer proficiency; Microsoft Excel experience is a plus. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Preferred Experience in construction, electrical, lighting, facilities maintenance, or related field operations. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
