We are seeking an experienced Civil Utilities Project Manager to join our team and help lead projects from pre-construction through completion. Position Summary The Civil Utilities Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Underground Utilities and play a key role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of civil utility projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing underground utility construction projects, including storm drainage, water main, sewer, and fire line installations throughout Southwest Florida. Responsibilities Manage civil utility construction projects from award through closeout Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations Assist with project estimating and bidding activities Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Obtain and review material quotations Prepare and manage project submittals, RFIs, and change orders Coordinate with owners, engineers, municipalities, and utility providers Monitor project costs and profitability Support field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience managing underground utility construction projects Strong knowledge of storm drainage, water, sewer, and fire line installation Experience working in Southwest Florida civil construction preferred Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Health insurance Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Significant advancement potential within a rapidly growing organization Join Our Team If you are an experienced Civil Utilities Project Manager looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow with a dynamic construction company, we encourage you to apply today.
