Project Coordinator - Residential Flooring

Macco Hadinger is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for our Fort Myers Store! We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator specializing in Residential Flooring projects to join our dynamic construction management team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of flooring installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, construction site experience, and proficiency with construction management software. They will serve as a key point of contact between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within residential construction environments. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills . Prior experience working with construction site teams or in a residential flooring setting is highly desirable. Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required. CAD/estimation software experience preferred.
