Revolution Fence Company (RFC) is a growing fence company focused on residential, commercial, and rental fencing. We are building systems and expanding our commercial division and this role is key to that growth. We've built a strong, loyal team and a positive, high-accountability culture, and we are looking for someone who will add to not take away from what we're building.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for taking awarded projects from the estimator's sales handoff through to completion. This role manages planning, coordination, scheduling, materials, labor, customer communication, project execution, change orders, and closeout to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, with quality, and in alignment with company profit margins.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable Review Sales Handoff Project Prep and Compliance Site Review and install Planning Material Planning and Procurement of Special Material Labor and Scheduling Project Execution and Documentation Change Orders Cost Control/Margin Tracking Customer Communication and Satisfaction Job Closeout Qualifications Minimum 2 years of project management experience (Construction industry strongly preferred) Strong ability to read blueprints, site plans, and specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job and deadlines. Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and grow within the company.
