We specialize in large-scale landscape construction and irrigation installation projects and focus on delivering quality work on schedule and within budget. We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee active projects and bring structure, accountability, and leadership to the field. Position Summary This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project execution while maintaining oversight of budgets, schedules, and documentation. The Project Manager works closely with field crews and company leadership to ensure projects stay organized, profitable, and on track. This is a hands-on role that requires strong field presence and practical construction knowledge. Travel to active job sites throughout Florida is required. Responsibilities Manage multiple landscape and irrigation projects from start to finish Oversee field operations and support Superintendents and crews Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and scheduling Track job costs and assist with budget control Maintain project documentation and daily reporting Manage change orders and assist with billing Communicate directly with general contractors and clients Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards Provide weekly progress updates to leadership Qualifications 3 or more years of experience in landscape or construction project management or supervision Strong understanding of field operations and crew management Ability to read plans and understand scope of work Organized and detail oriented Strong communication skills Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Valid driver's license Clean Driving Record Willingness to travel within Florida Compensation Salary based on experience Company vehicle Paid time off and company holidays Opportunity for advancement as the company continues to grow
