Job Description

Our client based in the Fort Myers Florida area seeks a Project Manager to assume the responsibilities from the existing Project Manager who is retiring. This is a direct hire position with salary level depending on experience, benefits and relocation for non-local candidates to Fort Myers in the form of interim housing assistance. Specifically, our client seeks the following: B.S. Degree Construction Management or equivalent project management experience. Minimum of 5 (five) years of increasing responsibility and experience in project management positions with an emphasis on structural and/or architectural steel projects. Strong experience with steel construction , and/or steel fabrication . Proven experience with people management; strategic planning; risk management; and change management. Strong working knowledge of construction drawings and blueprints. Ability to read design documents and familiarity with design specifications (AISC, AWS and materials).
