This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction administration, operations, or project coordination. In this role, you'll support our operations and project management teams by helping coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and crews, organize paperwork, and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized. At The Porch Factory, we value teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Assist the Operations Team with daily administrative and scheduling tasks Coordinate project schedules and appointments with customers and field crews Communicate updates between office staff, installers, supervisors, and customers Prepare and organize project paperwork and job folders Maintain accurate customer and project records Update schedules and project information in company software systems Support the team with general office and administrative duties Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule Respond professionally to customer questions and requests Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Skills Attention to detail Time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills Experience with scheduling or project management software is a plus About The Porch Factory The Porch Factory is committed to delivering high-quality outdoor living spaces while maintaining exceptional customer service and craftsmanship. Pay:
