Designers Cabinets is currently in a transition period due to the owner's medical situation. We have active projects, established contractor relationships, ongoing receivables, and are seeking an experienced professional to help stabilize and grow operations during this important phase. Compensation structure and advancement opportunities will be discussed with qualified candidates. Job Overview Designers Cabinets is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee commercial millwork and cabinetry projects from contract award through installation. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, manage project execution, prepare proposals and change orders, review blueprints, coordinate purchasing and production, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Duties Review architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications. Prepare estimates, proposals, and change orders. Manage multiple commercial millwork projects simultaneously. Coordinate with contractors, project managers, installers, and shop personnel. Maintain and strengthen client and contractor relationships. Track project schedules, budgets, and material procurement. Resolve jobsite issues and project challenges. Ensure smooth communication between office, shop, and field operations. Experience Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. 5+ years of commercial millwork Experience preparing proposals, estimates, and change orders. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience coordinating fabrication and installation teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Qualifications Must have knowledge of Mozaik product Must know fluent English, and Spanish Experience with commercial millwork projects. Knowledge of purchasing, materials, fabrication, and installation processes.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
