Monday - Friday | 1st Shift (Flexible Hours) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to support supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution initiatives within a fast-paced operational environment. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, continuous improvement efforts, and operational efficiency while ensuring project goals and timelines are met. Key Responsibilities Support inventory, kitting, and bin management improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. Identify project risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. Manage project requests, proposals, and related cost analysis. Troubleshoot project issues and proactively develop solutions. Build strong working relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders. Communicate project updates, challenges, and recommendations to leadership and team members. Maintain a customer-focused approach while supporting operational and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of professional work experience. 2+ years of project or program management experience. Experience working across multiple departments and stakeholders. Experience within supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments. Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing industry experience. Experience with SAP. Process improvement, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or integration project experience. Additional Information 100% onsite position. First shift schedule with flexible start and end times. Potential for occasional overtime. Potential travel may be required. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
