Job Description
Location:
Hollywood, Florida Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage residential and commercial architectural projects
- Create detailed working drawings both manually and using CAD software.
- Ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal design teams.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments; monitor construction progress.
- Manage project documentation, submissions, reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Adapt designs as needed to resolve issues and meet project requirements.
- Travel to project sites and client meetings throughout South Florida. Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related field from an accredited university.
- 8+ yearsof experience managing residential and commercial projects with technical drawing expertise.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory); SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3DS Max is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems and materials.
- Solid understanding of Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations.
- Effective oral and written communication skills; strong presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits
