Our team is committed to maintaining safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations. Position Overview The Assistant Project Coordinator supports warehouse and logistics projects by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and coordination between internal teams. This is an operations-focused role, not marketing or communications. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordination of warehouse and logistics projects Track project timelines, tasks, and documentation Communicate with operations, warehouse, and administrative teams Maintain project records, reports, and status updates Support scheduling of shipments, staffing, or inventory activities Help ensure projects follow company procedures and timelines Perform general administrative support related to operations
Requirements:
