In this role, you will oversee all aspects of buildout projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with brand standards. Your proactive management will drive seamless project delivery, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and support the growth of our franchise network. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for new store openings and remodeling initiatives across multiple locations. Develop comprehensive project schedules . Collaborate with franchise partners, architects, contractors, and internal teams to define project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Oversee construction estimating processes Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations throughout the buildout process. Monitor construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work progresses according to schedule. Utilize tools for document management, RFIs, submittals, and communication across teams. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality control, and resolve issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of project milestones, budgets, schedules, and change logs for reporting purposes. Support project team members with time management strategies to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Proven experience managing buildout/remodeling projects from inception through completion within a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil design documents Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including contractors, architects, franchise partners, and internal teams effectively. Familiarity with construction site safety practices and managing on-site activities during remodels or new builds. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management to ensure projects stay on track. Strong understanding of permitting, contracts, change order processes, and construction fundamentals is preferred.
