The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of construction processes, project management, and effective sales strategies. He or she will be responsible for guiding clients through the sales process while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Utilize project management software to manage project schedules and coordinate with various stakeholders. Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions using your knowledge of construction estimating and project coordination. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services while adhering to project timelines. Leverage tools such as Microsoft Office and ASANA for effective project management and scheduling. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project updates. Experience Experience in residential sales or a related field within the construction industry. General knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling and coordination. Familiarity with construction estimating and use of spreadsheets such as EXCEL and Google Sheets is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients and team members. Previous experience on construction sites is advantageous for understanding practical applications of sales strategies.
