Locations:
Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Jacksonville FL New Jersey We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale Water/Wastewater construction projects. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction, and closeout. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, managing project meetings, reporting, change orders, and ongoing communication. Participate in preconstruction efforts, including estimates, proposals, schedules, and constructability reviews. Prepare bid packages, evaluate subcontractor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractor performance. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate activities with field teams and trade partners. Manage project financials, including cost control, forecasting, invoicing, collections, and change management. Coordinate permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements with governing agencies and design teams. Oversee submittals, procurement activities, quality standards, and safety compliance. Support project staffing, mentor team members, and contribute to the development of construction personnel. Lead project closeout activities, punch lists, and warranty-related work. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of construction project management experience. Strong experience managing the design and construction of Industrial Water/Wastewater facilities. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion. Willingness to travel 50%+ as required.
