First Coast Contracting First Coast Contracting is a fast-growing residential construction company based in Jacksonville, FL. We specialize in residential construction and insurance restoration work, including fire, water, storm, and other damage-related rebuilds. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration projects with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle project management for residential and insurance restoration jobs Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, and timelines Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, estimators, adjusters, and clients Ensure insurance-approved scopes of work are followed accurately Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance Manage change orders, material procurement, job cost tracking, and documentation Communicate proactively with homeowners, insurance representatives, and team members Review and interpret architectural plans, construction drawings, and insurance scopes Handle inspections on site and code compliance requirements Resolve project issues promptly and maintain schedule accountability
Qualifications:
3-5 years of project management experience in insurance restoration construction required Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes following fire, water, or storm damage Ability to interpret Xactimate or other insurance written scopes of work Skilled in managing multiple projects and maintaining deadlines Proficient in reading plans, permits, and technical documents Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Comfortable using smartphones, project management software, and digital documentation tools Familiar with contract administration and insurance carrier guidelines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
