Job Description

Site Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and residential work and roadway including grading, paving, utilities, structures, etc. projects in the Jacksonville, FL area. This Project Manager will be handling several projects or one larger project from buy-out to closeout, managing the entire construction process with full project P&L responsibility. Project Managers with +/-5 years of experience are welcome to apply.

REQUIREMENTS +/-5
years of heavy civil/heavy highway/sitework construction experience. Mass excavation, underground utilities and asphalt paving experience. Experience in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, & Teams. 4-year degree, ideally Engineering or Construction related. Ability to manage a team building $1M-$100M projects. Able to reliably travel regionally. Must have experience with the following: Full project oversight Project costs and budgets Change orders and potential claims Project scheduling Pay applications Subcontractor management Project personnel management Safety management General overall Owner/GC correspondence Technical writing skills are an asset to the candidate We promote a drug-free workplace.
