Our projects include senior living, multifamily, hospitality, and occupied renovations, retail & manufacturing. We move fast, communicate clearly, and lead with integrity. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior-Level Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead $3M
  • 15M renovation/TI, adaptive reuse projects Create/manage schedules using MS Project Run buyout, negotiate subcontracts, close scope gaps Manage RFIs, submittals, ASIs, COs Oversee field execution with Supers/APMs Utilize Buildertrend or similar software Lead weekly OAC and internal meetings Manage budget, allowances, contingency, pay apps Work professionally in occupied environments
Requirements:
7-15+ years of PM experience in commercial construction (GC) Experience in senior living, multifamily, hospitality, or healthcare Strong scheduling and subcontractor management Tech-friendly and detail-oriented Excellent communication and accountability True senior-level capability — not just the title
