Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in structural work and home additions. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience managing residential remodeling projects that include structural and home additons from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of residential remodeling projects, including structural modifications and home additions Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and clients Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations Monitor project progress and resolve issues efficiently Maintain clear communication with clients and team members Conduct site visits and ensure quality control standards are met

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within residential construction that includes structural and additions Strong knowledge of structural remodeling and home additions Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with project management software Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
