Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale energy infrastructure and power generation projects. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of field execution and serve as the primary leader responsible for project delivery, operational readiness, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities across multidisciplinary teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field. PMP Certification preferred. 15+ years of experience managing large-scale energy infrastructure, power generation, or utility projects. Proven expertise leading multi-billion-dollar EPC or energy-related projects. Strong knowledge of engineering execution, construction management, commissioning, and regulatory compliance. Experience working with cross-functional engineering and operations teams in complex project environments. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive execution, and maintain focus in fast-paced project environments. Technical proficiency with project execution methodologies, RCA processes, and operational readiness planning.
