12-Month Contract This role provides technical direction and leadership on complex, large-scale energy infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all work is completed within budgetary and scheduling guidelines while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage and support a variety of projects within the Engineering & Infrastructure department.
Key responsibilities include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Overseeing contractor workload, performance, and on-site safety compliance Providing regular project status updates to all relevant parties Preparing, negotiating, and processing required project agreements and contracts Monitoring project performance and recommending process or operational improvements Supporting emergency storm restoration efforts, including travel within and outside the service territory as needed Performing additional duties as required to support business unit objectives
Essential Job Duties and Job Functions:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale or multiple complex, long-term infrastructure projects Ensure all projects adhere to approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to drive project milestones Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong expertise in engineering and project management methodologies Demonstrated ability to manage multi-billion-dollar energy infrastructure programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences Proficiency in contract management and agreement processing Ability to travel and respond to emergency restoration efforts on short notice
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field required Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred Extensive experience overseeing large-scale energy infrastructure projects at a senior level ...
